Castlerea Musical Society are to hold a major fundraiser on Friday March 21st. The "Stars In Their Eyes" fundraiser, which will be based on the popular competition format, will be held in the Riverisland nite club and will feature approx. 20 acts from within the society and the town, along with a number of guest performers from other musical societies.
Professional sound and lighting will be in use on the night and demand for tickets is expected to be very high given that the guest performers will include some well known AIMS award winners. Details of the guest performers will be revealed closer to the date. Tickets are €15 each and can be organised by contacting the chairperson on 087 9677439. Entry is by ticket only. Ticket numbers are limited and include a post-competition disco, table service and finger food.
